2. Services Provided
Venus & High Volt offers the following services:
- Fabrications
- Event Styling
- Custom Builds
- Backdrops

3. Booking and Payment
- Booking: To book our services, please complete an inquiry form on our Contact page. Bookings are confirmed once a deposit is received.
- Payment: We accept ACH transfers and credit card payments. Full payment must be made prior to the event date.
- Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is refundable under certain conditions outlined in our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
- Refunds: Refunds are only issued under the conditions stated in the cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

5. Delivery and Setup
- Delivery:We offer delivery and setup services for all our event styling and custom builds. Delivery fees vary based on location and the complexity of the setup.
- Setup: Our team will handle the setup of all backdrops and custom builds to ensure they meet our high standards.

6. Use of Backdrops and Custom Builds
- Usage: All rented items are to be used for their intended purpose only. Clients must follow any specific instructions provided for the safe use of backdrops and custom builds.
- Restrictions: Clients are not allowed to modify or alter the rented items without prior approval from Venus & High Volt.

7. Damage and Liability
- Damage: Clients are responsible for any damage caused to rented items during the rental duration. This includes damage caused by guests or other third parties.
- Liability: Clients will be billed for the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged items. Venus & High Volt is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur during the use of our services.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
- Data Handling: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided to us will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
- Confidentiality:We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Venus & High Volt reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
